The Friends of
Cecil Higgins Art Gallery was formed in September 1989 as a charitable
organisation to provide support and foster interest in the Gallery and
its activities. A yearly programme of events includes lectures and
guided visits to other museums, private collections, galleries and
places of historic interest as well as fundraising activities to benefit
the Gallery. Friends will also be encouraged to take an active part in
volunteering at the Gallery, when it re-opens. If you would like to be
part of this friendly and active group, please contact: Ann Ayres,
Membership Secretary, Windmill House, Windmill Hill, Biddenham, Beds
MK40 4AG.
